school bag study table from waste carton box

by:Aoqi     2019-11-05
We have thousands of poor children in India who can\'t even afford schoolbags or school study tables.
They have no dream of buying these things.
Although our government has done a lot of work in educating many poor children, these children still have to get their books in hand and have to learn on the floor, which leads to their poor posture problems
In this Instructure, I share the idea of making schoolbags and study tables for poor children with a simple waste carton (cardboard box)
I shared this a long time ago with an NGO working for the welfare of such a poor child, but I think it takes a sincere effort to help a person who has no return.
I sincerely hope that one of you will bring this instruction to the poor and hope that these poor children will not suffer more pose problems again and will make their personal schoolbags easyWaste carton(cardboard box)
Take any scrap carton from anywhere and I get this scrap carton from my garage.
Expand this carton on any side as shown in the figure.
Find the side of the carton from where it is connected or pasted with a pin.
As shown in the figure, remove the pin to expand this carton into a single piece of cardboard.
Before doing the final shape cutting
On cardboard, I tried it many times and after making a lot of changes in shape and size, I finally got the perfect size for the bag and the study table, it can be taken out of one carton cardboard, in which we fold most of the carton (
The fold here refers to the fold that has been embossed, as shown in the yellow arrow in the figure)
As shown above, this is the virtual shape of our bag and table.
To give you an idea of the shape and folds, I made the dummy size in cm.
In order for it to understand better, I split the shape of the dummy into 4 parts. 1. FLAP 12. FLAP 23. FLAP 34.
Now is the most important part.
From the attached picture, you can easily notice that the cone point should intersect the end line of flap 2.
Shape drawing steps for flap 4 :-1.
As shown in the figure, mark a rectangle 7 cm thick at the center of Flyme. 2.
Treat the point \"a\" shown in the picture as the center point and draw about 30 ° lines to satisfy the central rectangle, as shown in the figure. 3.
Draw a parallel line below this line to intersect the point \"B\" as shown in the figure. 4.
Repeat the above steps on the other side.
As shown in the figure, draw the handle on the part outside the Flyme.
Now put your carton (cardboard box)
And draw the same shape as the size shown above.
Cut this shape as shown in the figure.
As shown above, I will show you each flap in a very detailed version showing the appropriate size and folds.
Fold all the marks shown in the picture.
Now all sizes are in inches.
In this step, as shown in the figure, we have to do very little cutting on different flaps for various purposes, which you will understand later.
Make these cuts as shown in the figure.
Note: all horizontal and vertical cuts are located in the center of the respective flaps.
Now, convert this carton shape by following the steps below
On a study table. 1.
Fold the Flyme over the FLAP3 so that the cone touches the end of the FLAP2 as shown in Figure 1. 2.
Hold the center handle of the Flyme and place it on the cut you made at the edge of the FLAP2, as shown in Figures 2 and 3. 3.
And insert the cone into a vertical cut made of FLAP2, as shown in Figures 4, 5, 6. 4.
As shown in Figure 7, these cones will appear on the back of these vertical cuts. 5.
As shown in figure 8, 9, fold these cones to form a grip. 6.
As shown in Figures 10, 11, fold FLAP1 over this grip, as shown in figures 12, 13, which is the top of our learning table.
Now you can put your book on this table and study comfortably.
The best part is that when you press the pressure of the book on this top, it doesn\'t drop because we just created an installation box under this desktop. So TA-DA! !
This is our study table!
First, spread the table into the original carton shapeout.
And, follow the steps below to make an amazing bag with a carton of the same shape :-1.
Fold Flyme over FLAP3 so that the cone touches the finish line of FLAP2 as shown in Figure 1 and 2. 2.
Hold the center handle part of Flyme and insert it into the cut you made at the edge of FLAP2, as shown in figure 3. 3.
As shown in figure 5, this inserted handle looks like this at the back. 4.
Now fold the two corners of the FLAP2, as shown in Figure 6, and it will serve as a stand for the bag. 5.
Put your book in this FLAP2 SOACE as shown in Figure 7. 6. Fold FLAP3 (
Flyme with clip)
On these FLAP2 stands, as shown in figure 8, 9, it is a closed space for books. 7.
Now, fold FLAP1, as per understanding, as shown in Figure 10, 11, 12. 8.
Now, after doing this, you will automatically get the handle part in front of this pocket, as shown in Figure 13. 9.
As shown in Figure 14, insert this handle into the cut you made in FLAP1, which acts as a lock for your bag and its handle, as shown in the figure. TA-DA! ! Magic. . .
We have a simple but amazing bag in Figure 15 with the same shape
We made it for our table. ISN\'T IT GREAT?
